Jaguar Software India was founded in 1996 and has been providing innovative technology solutions for over 20 years. We started with our sister company, Jaguar Hire Purchase Pvt. Ltd. (a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) and saw first-hand the inner workings of the financial system. By understanding the challenges lenders faced, we were able to take those foundational insights and build software around that experience.

Within this time, we have partnered with over 200 businesses, within the Punjab Haryana Association and Rajasthan Association, using their feedback to develop applications that serve the market.

In 2012, our company began on a new journey, relocating to Hyderabad and Bangalore, introducing our flagship product Jaguar 360 Cloud for Lending, which moved so far into digital lending technology, we focused solely on the digital transformation of lenders.

We have been able to make the most sought after solutions for the NBFC industry, making ourselves a National level company. We have 150+ lender clients across NBFCs, banks, housing finance companies, and MFIs. Our sister concern is an NBFC, so we have a deep insight.

Our solution has been recommended by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) officials due to the clarity and simplicity with which it organises the business. It made it simple for them to carry out inspections.

We were able to develop solutions which could scale to a level where a business with a turnover of Rs.5,000/- Crores could rely on it. We were instrumental in their business growth.

We have grown from small business software to enterprise software products due to our focus on values that we care deeply about.

We started in 1996 by developing software for our NBFC that has been running since 1989. In a few years, we were selling software to other NBFCs and other businesses with multiple products focusing on accounting, manufacturing and retail.

After the growth in NBFC software demand since late 2000s and new opportunities unlocked by Web 2.0 and smart phones, we’ve been primarily focused on NBFCs with all our new development effort directed at them.

Now in the era of Fintech revolution we are providing a platform to turn a traditional lender into a Fintech.
